Where are Device Shop's stores?

Device Shop has three branches: Johannesburg at 6 Burke Street, Kensington B, Randburg; Durban at Suite 4B, Kent House, 1 Neptune Road, Westville; and Cape Town at Unit S40, Spearhead Business Park, Montague Gardens.

What are your opening hours?

All three branches are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4pm, closed weekends and public holidays.

Can I see a laptop in store before I buy?

Yes. Our stock is listed on the website and can move between branches, so call 010 001 4204 or WhatsApp 083 380 1825 first and we will confirm the machine you want is at your nearest branch.

Do you deliver if I am not near a branch?

Yes. We deliver nationwide, including Pretoria, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein, East London and everywhere between. Most orders ship within one to two working days.

Is Africa PC part of Device Shop?

Yes. Africa PC is now part of Device Shop. Former Africa PC customers can visit any Device Shop branch or buy online.

Is the warranty the same at every branch?

Yes. Every refurbished laptop and computer comes with a 1-year warranty and genuine Microsoft Windows Professional, whichever branch you buy from or if you buy online.
